Our salesladies provide gentle and soft bilingual order service, both in English and Chinese from 10:00a.m.to10:30p.m. every day. Order services are in line with the daily business time as well as the holiday special business time of our cooperative restaurants. With perfect order management system, in case you ever used our service before, you need just inform us either the telephone number or E-mail address, and our system will immediately indicate all the detailed information of our clients to ensure prompt services.

Delivery area
In order to ensure delivery time and quality, temporarily delivery area is Dongcheng District and Chaoyang District.

Delivery time
Our delivery time is 30-50 minutes upon order confirmation. In case of big order or very bad weather, the delivery time may extend a little bit more, but we will surely advise our client about this point before any order is placed.

Service on rainy day
To guarantee your food delivery on time when on rainy weekend, we hope you would better order restaurants whose delivery fee is at15 RMB. Please make an order in advance to avoid the delay of your order delivery if the restaurant is far from your place(delivery fees at 29RMB or above).

Service fee
For our delivery service, we charge 15 RMB for delivery if the restaurant you choose is within 3 square kilometers area surrounding your location. If the distance between the restaurant and your location is more than 3 kilometers, we would charge 7 RMB in addition. We will explain to you the specific money amount when you give your order to us.

Pay way
We will collect only cash, and you must pay off when our deliver arrived. In our company, tips are not expected, but are appreciated. If you are pressed by a courier for a tip, or they do not have correct change, please contact us immediately. Please be patient with our couriers at your door, they are trained now to look at your bills closely to look for fake notes .They are not allowed to leave your place &return to exchange a note, if so please contact us.

Menu update
We will timely update our menu along with that of our cooperative restaurants. Welcome to check the new restaurants join us and more specific menu on our websites: www.kkrabbit.com.cn.. Our client may review the latest menu from our websites. We will also reprint our latest menu at least once every 3-6months, and to send by post to our client who may ever contact us once before.
